It is important for us to be very sensitive to the nature of the information we may learn from our clients and non-disclosure is an important aspect of our relationship. Special precautions are taken with clients covered under the GLB Act.
Diversity is not just about gender, skin color, or ethnic background – it’s also about thinking differently. It is also an awareness that allows our clients to leverage each employee’s strengths, opinions, ideas, and experiences to create a competitive advantage
Our business is people and relationships. Overton recognizes the human aspects of executive search and will treat each individual with respect and integrity. We will never knowingly misrepresent an opportunity to an individual, nor misrepresent an individual to its client.
There is always a certain amount of urgency to filling a position and our business model is designed to address our client’s needs. Our target is to present an initial slate of candidates to the client within twenty business days. However, since you will expect a dedicated long term commitment from whomever you employ, it is reasonable to exert great care and if need be, time, in making the final choice.
